Once you have received email confirmation your booking is secure
New clients must have a skin test 48 hours prior to all colour appointments, any appointments booked without a skin test will be cancelled.Your health and safety is a priority
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for your full service time. If you are running late please call immediately. If you are more than 15 mins your appointment will be marked as no show and your full deposit forfeited
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you notify at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.Cancelling in the Fresh app can be done at the click of a button. Late cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full service cost. Please note that we request full payment to secure your appointment via our booking partner Fresha
